I am now spending my time taking care of home users and small businesses.

No matter what PC issues you may be having, I am confident I can find a

Networking, Printing, Virus and Spyware Removal, Hardware Upgrades,
and just about any issue you may have with your computer.

I do not work the proverbial 9-5, I tailor my schedule to fit your needs.
I work 7 days a week, and can make services calls any hour of the day.
However I work by Appoinments Only. This means if you call me today,
it is possible that I may not be able to come out for a few days because
of other scheduled appoinments.

I charge a rate of $25.00 an hour for onsite PC Repair for Home Users
and $45.00 and hour for Business Customers.

Emergency Services - I know critical situations can occur, and issues need
to be taken care of ASAP. If you call during normal business hours and
I am available to come out, you will receive the normal billing rate.
However, if I have other clients scheduled, and need to reschedule them
because of your situation, I charge a rate of $100.00 per hour.
The reason being is that I give the rescheduled customers a discount on
their service calls to handle your situation.
I do not give discounts on Emergency Services.
